These terms apply to the PerfScope desktop app and this share service, operated by Motasem Abozaid. By using them you agree to these terms.

Using PerfScope

Use PerfScope only on devices and apps you're allowed to test. You're responsible for complying with the terms of the apps, games and platforms you profile.

Your content and share links

You own the sessions and reports you create. When you share a report, you give us permission to store it and show it to anyone with the link until you revoke it or it expires. Don't share reports that contain information you don't have the right to share. Don't use the share service to host anything unlawful or unrelated to PerfScope reports. We may remove reports that break these terms.

Google account and Drive

Signing in with Google and syncing to Google Drive are optional and also subject to Google's terms. Our privacy policy explains how that data is handled.

No warranty

PerfScope and the share service are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Measurements may be affected by devices, operating systems and the environment. Don't rely on them for safety-critical decisions. We may change or discontinue the service, and shared links may not be available forever.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Motasem Abozaid isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from the use of PerfScope or the share service.
